More than a resort, Nissi Beach is an iconic destination- a symbol of Ayia Napa’s transformation into a tourism hub – and a legacy built on a vision of heart-felt hospitality. Founded over 50 years ago by Pavlos Pavlakis, a pioneering entrepreneur, and partner Kikis Constantinou, the resort began as a modest retreat, embracing simplicity and respect for the natural environment. This foundation of authenticity continues to define us today.

From its early days of 48 bungalows, to becoming a beacon of coastal hospitality, Nissi Beach Resort has always remained steadfast in its values. More so during challenging times. The resort stayed true to its mission by providing shelter for refugees in 1974.

Over the decades, we have gradually expanded into a unique resort setting with the addition of garden bungalows, a spa, and upgraded facilities—all of which was carried out in alignment with the beauty of the natural environment and the founder’s original vision.
